Edit Invoice, Quote & Bill PDF, also known as PDFlares, helps prepare, edit and share business PDFs. You can use local document features without creating an account. This policy distinguishes your documents from account information, optional backups and diagnostic data.
Documents stored on your device
Bills, client records, PDF layouts and local document files are stored on your phone. Guest use does not require you to upload those documents to our backup service. Clearing app storage, deleting files or uninstalling can remove local data; keep a separate copy of important documents.
Google sign-in and account information
If you sign in, Google and Firebase provide account identity information, such as your name, email address and user identifier. This identifies your account and associates optional backups with it. Sign-in requests basic identity information; it does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar or WhatsApp messages.
Optional cloud backup
When you choose backup, app data and supported files are transferred over HTTPS to the ByteFlares Cloudflare service and stored for your account. Backup data can include bills, client records, PDF layouts and document files, as well as business or stamp images included in the backup. Google sign-in authenticates the account; Cloudflare provides the backup infrastructure.
Backup and restore need an internet connection and are subject to supported file and transfer limits. See backup help before relying on a transfer as your only copy.
Diagnostic, usage and service data
The app uses Firebase services for authentication, crash and diagnostic reporting, analytics and messaging. These services can process device or app identifiers, crash details and basic app usage or service information. These data are separate from uploading an invoice for backup. Guest use should not be interpreted as a promise that no diagnostic data is processed.

- Cloudflare: the optional account-linked backup service.
- Your chosen sharing app: when you share a PDF, Android hands it to the app you choose. Its own privacy terms apply.
ByteFlares does not read your WhatsApp chats, sell your documents or process financial payments. The app does not show advertisements.
Support requests
If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you send. Include only the information needed to explain the issue. The website support form opens a draft in your email app; it does not itself deliver the message or upload the form to a support server.
Retention and deletion requests
Local files stay on your device until removed. Cloud backups are separate from local files and account authentication. Signing out does not delete a backup. An in-app account removal should not be assumed to remove every cloud backup object.
To request deletion of your account, cloud backup, or both, email byteflares1@gmail.com and identify the Google account used for backup. We may need to verify the request before removing account-linked data. Ask support for confirmation of the cloud data included in the deletion. Account removal may retain an account-deletion record, including account identity details. Diagnostic and service data follow provider retention settings; contact us for questions about a specific request.
Children
This is a business document tool and is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
